VotePrime Terms of Service

IMPORTANT ACCEPTANCE STATEMENT

By accessing or using the VotePrime application (the "App"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall the App and cease all use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VotePrime Corporation, a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization ("VotePrime," "we," "us," or "our"). Your continued use of the App constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version of these Terms.

2. Description of Service

VotePrime operates the App as a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization whose mission is to promote voter participation, civic education, peer accountability, and constitutional governance among conservative constitutionalists and Republican-leaning individuals.

The App provides the following features:

Core services are provided free on the base tier; premium features may be offered. The App is not a political action committee (PAC) and does not coordinate expenditures with candidates or campaigns beyond what is legally permissible for a 501(c)(4).

VotePrime is not available to residents of California.

In addition, and as a condition of your access to the App and to any voter-registration data made available through it, you may not use the App, or any voter-registration information accessed through it, to:

These prohibitions exist to protect VotePrime's lawful use of voter-registration data, its 501(c)(4) status, and compliance with applicable election and campaign-finance laws. Any violation is grounds for immediate suspension or termination of your account under Section 9.

7. Campaign Compliance

As a 501(c)(4), VotePrime's political activity is secondary to its social-welfare purpose.

You agree not to use the App to engage in coordinated expenditures, independent expenditures, or any activity that would cause VotePrime to violate its 501(c)(4) status or federal/state election laws.

All user-generated messages, campaigns, or GOTV activities are your sole responsibility. VotePrime provides tools only; you are responsible for your own compliance with FEC, state election boards, and TCPA rules.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, Pledge Tracker graphics, AI-generated summaries, and code are owned by or licensed to VotePrime. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial civic purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Notes → Delete Account (this triggers permanent deletion of cloud data where applicable).

VotePrime may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violation of these Terms, including the prohibited uses described in Section 6, without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOTEPRIME IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. VOTEPRIME'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via in-app banner and push notification. Continued use after the new effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version and effective date are always displayed at the top of the ToS screen.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
